A £50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment. This will be deducted from the treatment cost on the day.

You can reschedule your appointment once with the initial booking fee, if 24 hour notice is given. Failure to provide us with a 24 hour notice or last minute cancellation will result in losing your booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to book another appointment.

All treatment prices include a 6 week top up. New client treatment is a two appointment process, the initial procedure and the touch up. The touch up is to re-visit any areas that are needed. Your second appointment should be booked at least 5-6 weeks, but no later than 8 weeks after your first treatment to avoid any further charges. Failure to book within this period will result in standard colour boost charges being applied. On some occasions a client may need an additional session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare and will be charged accordingly. All aftercare will be discussed during our consultation and upon completing the treatment.

Successful permanent makeup results cannot be guaranteed to all of our clients. Some skin does not retain pigment well. Problematic skin such as very dry or very oily skin can give varied results which cannot be foreseen by the technician. We do not offer refunds as the treatments are carried out at a cost to technician.

If you already have existing permanent makeup in the desired procedure area, you must make the technician aware and send us a picture prior to get approval.

You must be 18+ to receive treatment. No children under the age of 18 or guests are allowed in the service area. You can not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Patch test is required at least 24 hours before your treatment. This can be performed in clinic, or posted to you if it’s more convenient, as we understand not all of our clients are local.
